How to use

This app runs the spray shot counter, paced directly off the pressure sensor, while continuously watching both cylinders for flow and low material problems.

Before you start

  • Use Chrome on Android. Keep the screen on and this page in front the whole time — the Bluetooth links and the timer both stop if you switch apps or the screen sleeps.
  • Put one scale under each cylinder.

Connecting

  • Pressure sensor: tap Connect Pressure Sensor. This is what drives the countdown.
  • Scales A and B: connect them independently, in either order. They track material use and safety, not timing.

What drives the timer

The countdown is paced only by the direct pressure sensor reading. If the sensor disconnects while a shot is running, the countdown stops immediately rather than continuing on a stale value. You can still run the counter manually by typing a pressure and pressing Start.

The ratio

Tap Start to set the baseline. From there the app tracks how much each cylinder has dispensed and shows the live A:B ratio. It should stay near 1:1.

Automatic stops (red banner + beep)

  • Low material: a caution warning appears as a cylinder gets low, and the shot automatically stops if either side reaches the near-empty line, before you can start a new shot or in the middle of one.
  • Flow mismatch: if one side is clearly dispensing while the other isn't moving, the shot stops automatically and the banner names which side stopped flowing.
  • Ratio off: once about half a pound has been used, if the two sides diverge by more than 10% you'll see a warning.

Tap the × on the banner to dismiss an acknowledged warning. It will reappear if a new or worse problem shows up.

If Bluetooth is unavailable

You can always type the pressure into the Pressure field and run the counter manually. Note that Bluetooth sensor connections only work in Chrome on Android, not on iPhone.
